Garden tree swing is our successful project. We had Aldi and Lidl Tree Swing order. Annual output were over 1 million pieces. We did them for several years. There were less complaints until now. 

We have established the full control program to ensure the quality. There are some key components in Saucer Swing. Firstly, the frame fabric. We used teslin fabric instead of oxford fabric. Its strenth is much than oxford fabric and not easier to tear up. Moreover, it had a much better UV resistance. The frame fabric will not be worn in one year even two year later. Secondly, we 100% ensure the steel hanging ring not break during playing. We developed a new way to do welding and total inspection by testing machine during the production. This is the most important parts. This may lead to serious injury if it broken in kids play.
